Muffin Tin Mondays

Muffin Tin Monday at Her Cup Overfloweth

One of my good friends found another great blog. This blog is about being creative with the foods kids eat. I decided to try this and give it a go at Muffin Tin Mondays. We are trying to incoprate these to our routine of the week. So we decided that today we were going to follow the theme of this week "Circus".  I am also posting a picture of what we actually decided to do for our Circus theme.
So this is what we ended up coming up with our circus theme. Corn dog, popcorn, animal crackers and french fries ( but they are really apple slices a good friend gave me this idea. Ty Shannon).

We also started to learn our ABC's. They already know them but we decided to go over them again before they start Kinder next year. I want them to be ready and so I am going in depth with them on their ABC's I am putting a picture of what they did today.

Art Project of the Day

Thanks to Shannon and her sleepless nights found this wonderful blog " Just For Fun."

So I have decided to have the girls do some projects from her site. I have found some art projects for the girls to do. So today we decided to do one that I just thought was adorable. One that the girls could actually do and not throw a fit about what they don't want to do or they stop half way through the project. This one was just perfect. I am so thankful to Sandy for sharing her art projects she does with her kids. I will post a link to her site to give credit where credit is definitely due. I love her site and for those of you with lil ones you will definitely love her site.

Here are a few pics and the final product.
Atiana putting glue down and Allana putting down the scraps of red construcition paper.

I know I know I had promised these pics a long time ago. But with the move, school, and family in town I really had not had time to get around to take pics and I am still not done. But decided to post just a few pics that I have taken of the new house. All these are in the upstairs and the girls room I have just not been able to get their room ready. It's a working progress at the moment.

Ballet

I decided to register the girls in ballet after them wanting to attend ballet classes. Atiana actually even cried the other day because she wanted to go to school already. So I went and registered them. And I just wanted to update everyone on what the girls looked like on their first day of ballet.

Allana and Atiana on their first day of Ballet Class.

They just loved it and they were natural ballerinas. I thought they were going to be like mommy and not have no darn rhythm. But nope they jumped right on in there and did every move the instructor showed them. I am so proud of my little girls and sad at the same time that they are growing up so fast.

Well until next time my friends and family this is it for now.
